Aim & Scope
Reports in Computational Biology is a peer-reviewed, open access journal focused on the development and application of computational methods to understand biological systems and processes. The journal promotes research at the interface of biology, computer science, mathematics, and physics.
The journal includes but is not limited to the following topics:

Peer Review
This journal follows a strict single-blind peer review process to ensure rigor, originality, and high quality.
Publishing Frequency: Quarterly (4 issues/year). Immediate online publication upon acceptance.
Open Access Policy
All articles are freely accessible under an open access model. APCs are waived until the end of 2026 to encourage broad participation and dissemination.
Instructions for Authors
Authors must submit original work that complies with international ethical guidelines. Manuscripts should be clearly written in English, follow a structured IMRaD format, and include author contributions, funding, and conflict of interest statements.
Each submission should contain a title page, abstract (≤350 words), keywords, introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion, conclusion, references, and any supplementary material. Figures and tables must be properly formatted and labeled.
ReportsIn uses a single-blind peer review process. Authors may suggest reviewers who have no conflicts of interest.
